The appointment form collects your name, email, phone number, vehicle, selected services and extras, preferred location, date and time, pickup or delivery preference and any requested pickup or delivery addresses, notes, optional vehicle photos, and starting estimate. Please do not include payment-card information, passwords, or other sensitive information in the notes.
Where your request goes
Your request is sent to the business owner at cgilbert.gilbert08@gmail.com. Our website hosting and email-delivery providers process the request so we can receive it and reply. We do not sell your contact details or add you to a marketing list when you request an appointment.
Storage and delivery
The website keeps an operational copy of requests. Records older than 90 days are removed during routine request processing. The business’s email inbox may retain correspondence for service and recordkeeping. Short-lived, hashed request identifiers help limit spam and repeat submissions. No payment is collected through the website.
Optional vehicle photos
You can request an appointment without photos. If you add photos, they are resized in your browser and sent as attachments to the business owner’s email when you submit your request. Our hosting and email-delivery providers process them to deliver your request. The website’s operational records keep attachment filenames, sizes and fingerprints, not the images themselves. Photos may remain in the business’s email inbox with the request. Avoid including personal documents or other sensitive information in your photos.
